I am anxiously awaiting Tarantinos new movie Inglourious Basterds to come out, in August!
You don’t even really need to see the preview to get an understanding of why it will most likely be a memorable film based on flair, that a flurry of pretentious young freelancer will inevitably watch, talk about, and quote from, to a point of ruin.
- Reason 1: Brad Pitt, Eli Roth, B.J. Novak, Mike Myers, Rod Taylor as Winston Churchill, Cloris Leachman, and narration by Samuel L. Jackson.
- Reason 2: violence and nazi humor presented by Quentin Tarantino
- Reason 3: Notice the line of scared skin around Pitts characters neck. Its apparently a lynching scar. To me, this indicates the premiss of an amazing role.
Being the Tarantino fanboi that I am, this flick has me drooling. Are you kidding me, a Tarantino war movie?! Fuk yeah!

I interpreted the scar as someone tried to slit his throat. Of course, it doesn’t matter, because no matter if someone tried to hang him or slit his throat, that is fucking hard.
